Morning Prayer meets at 8:00 am on Wednesday.  This group meets weekly for a 30 minute worship with communion.  All are welcome to join us.

Adult Bible Studies:

Men’s Bible Study meets the first Saturday each month at 8:00 a.m. from September through May. 

Adult Bible Study meets Saturday at 4:15-5:15 p.m. and on Sunday at 9:15-10:15 a.m.  During these times we gather to read and study the assigned lectionary readings for the day. 

Zion’s Book Group

Are you interested in being a part of a book club and discussion who and where God is in our world today?  If you would like to find a place for interesting reading, challenging theories or insightful conversation, we have just the place for you.  Zion’s book group has already read together Paul Young’s The Shack and Marcus Borg’s Meeting Jesus again for the First Time.  We meet in 4-6 week sessions (or as long as the book takes) and plan our times and pick our books as a group.  All are welcome to join this group or suggest any books for us to consider.

We will be starting again on September 17, 2009 at 6:30 in the fellowship hall (with dinner hosted by the Library group) to read our way through the book of Revelation and Marva Dawn’s Joy in Our Weakness; a Gift of Hope from the Book of Revelations.    If you have any questions, please contact the church office. 

Women’s Circles

 Several women’s groups meet throughout the month.  For more information on the circle groups or time, please contact the church office.

Elizabeth Circle meets the last Tuesday each month at 7:00 p.m. in the church fellowship hall.

Martha Circle meets the second Tuesday each month at 1:00 p.m. in the church fellowship hall.

Naomi Circle meets the first Thursday each month at 2:00 p.m. in the church conference room.

Rebecca Circle meets the first Wednesday each month at 7:00 in member’s homes.

Ruth Circle meets the first Wednesday each month at 1:30 p.m. in the church fellowship hall.

Sarah Circle meets the second Tuesday each month at 7:00 p.m. at various locations.
